The Cyto-Cellect® Human IgG Kappa and Viability Assay Kit is a multiplex fluorescent assay designed for use Cyto-Mine® platforms. It enables high-throughput screening by detecting single-cell antibody secretion while simultaneously assessing cell viability, ensuring the selection of only viable, high-producing cells.

How it works

The fluorescent assay probes co-encapsulate with individual cells into picodroplets within Cyto-Mine® platforms. Inside the picodroplets, these probes detect Human IgG Kappa secretion using Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET), while simultaneously detecting apoptotic markers by Annexin V staining. These fluorescent signals are used to sort and isolate high-producing, viable clones for cell line development workflows.
