Overview
Cyto-Cellect® Fc Fusion provides a fluorescent assay that allows users to directly detect and select the encapsulated cells that produce the highest amounts of Fc fusion proteins during Cyto-Mine® platform experiments. The kit enables the detection of secreted human Fc fusion proteins from one or more cells per picodroplet. This kit is capable of analyzing up to 400,000 single cells per run and up to 40 million cells for pooled cell analysis. productivity, increasing the chances of finding rare, high-quality clones.
The assay probes are manufactured without the use of animal- or human-derived materials. Our detection kit is workflow-ready and compatible with CHO cell culture medium, enabling you to start your experiments with minimal effort.

How it works
This FRET-based competition assay can be used to detect human Fc fusion proteins containing human IgG Fc region. It has been designed to work in conjunction with Cyto-Mine® technology to detect secreted recombinant human Fc fusion proteins from cells encapsulated within picodroplets. This assay kit shows a decreasing FRET signal with increasing concentrations of the target protein.
