The Cyto-Cellect® Mouse Assay Kit from Sphere Bio is specifically designed to be used with our Cyto-Mine® platforms.
This kit identifies whole-molecule mouse IgG secreted by cells encapsulated in picodroplets (Figure 1). Fluorescent probes in the kit bind to mouse IgG post-secretion from these encapsulated cells.
In combination with a Cyto-Mine® platform, this kit offers a rapid assay to measure single-cell productivity by detecting secreted IgG, thereby facilitating the identification and selection of cells with the highest productivity

Compatibility with Cyto-Mine® Platforms
Cyto-Cellect® Mouse can be used in combination with Cyto-Mine® platforms to allow sorting and dispensing of single cells, based on their productivity.
Short incubation time in Cyto-Mine® Platforms
Discrete FRET+ population is detectable as early as 60 minutes following incubation of cells and Cyto-Cellect® Mouse probes in Cyto-Mine® platforms. Signal intensity increases upon longer incubation.
High signal intensity & sensitivity
The kit shows good signal intensity in both plate reader as well as Cyto-Mine® platform assays, with more than 4-fold increase in FRET signal.
Low cross-reactivity
The kit offers no/low cross-reactivity with human IgG, mouse IgM, rabbit IgG and rat IgG.
