Overview
Cyto-Cellect Mouse® is a FRET assay that detects the presence of mouse IgG antibodies.
It is an easy-to-use assay to quantify single cell productivity accurately and with high sensitivity. When picodroplets are formed during the Cyto-Mine® workflow, our Cyto-Cellect® Mouse reagents are co-encapsulated with the cells. As the encapsulated cells are incubated and start to secrete IgG antibodies the probes bind to the antibody target in close proximity and allow energy transfer when excited by the Cyto-Mine® laser.
Each kit contains 5 vials, each with the detection probes required for a single experiment. Our detection kit is workflow-ready and compatible with commonly used cell culture media, ensuring a seamless setup and minimal effort to get started.
