- High Throughput: By using Cyto-Mine® technology, researchers screened 1-2 million plasma cells per run, enabling recovery of hundreds to thousands of target antibody hits.
- High-depth Screening: : Leveraging Cyto-Mine®’s high-throughput, Biointron was able to screen near-complete coverage of the antigen-specific repertoire of plasma cells recovered from spleen, bone marrow, and lymph nodes.
- High-Speed Discovery: By speeding up the antibody discovery process using Cyto-Mine®, Biointron was able to go from single, plasma cells to recovered, unique antibody sequence within a week.
Additional Highlights
- Biointron achieved 90.3% paired heavy and light chain sequence recovery, generating sequences for 2899/3209 dispense droplets from Cyto-Mine®.
- 52/52 re-expressed antibodies (a selected subset) showed reconfirmed binding to the target.
